Senior Full-Stack Developer
We are seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team at Mbanya Africa Ventures. You will lead the design and development of innovative web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust backend systems. This role involves working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs to support front-end and back-end functionality.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django).
- Experience with database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and API development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
